* Room capacity is determined by room set up. The lower number indicates ‘banquet style’ seating at round tables, the larger number indicates standing or ‘audience style’ seating and is the maximum number of attendees as mandated by the Fire Marshall.

** Pool area rentals must pay for lifeguard services (secured by SCC) at $15.00 per hour, or as determined on your contract. Hours of pool availability may fluctuate, due to SCC membership usage and scheduled classes.  Pool rentals are also required to sign a liability waiver and assume responsibility for all guests at their event.

Set up/
Tear down

Room set-up is the responsibility of the renter; however, SCC staff can be contracted to set up the space for a $25.00 flat rate. Room must be left in the condition in which it was found.

We allow ½ hour before and ½ hour after each rental for set-up and clean-up time. If you need additional time, the rental time must be increased to accommodate your needs.

Please note: Room must be left in the condition it was found and all trash disposed of off-site. A clean-up checklist will be provided to you prior to or on the day of your event, and must be returned for deposit refund.

Garbage Trash bins must be emptied, with contents taken off premises, at the end of the event. Any trash remaining behind will be billed at $5 per container.
Security
Personnel
If your rental is after hours or on a weekend day, a $15.00 per hour security fee may be assessed. However, this fee will be waived if there is food service, or if our technical staff will be present for your event.
Technical Equipment SCC has state-of-the-art equipment available for your use. However, if any of the equipment is to be used at your meeting or event, a $25.00 per hour charge will be added to your rental rate.
Alcohol

There is to be no alcohol anywhere on the premises without express written consent of the Executive Director.

A separate contract with the Executive Director will be negotiated if this event is requesting the use of alcohol. A copy of said contract will be attached to this document and kept on file.

Kitchen

The kitchen may not be used by non-SCC personnel, unless separate arrangements are made to hire our chef to prepare meals for your event or to supervise kitchen usage by your staff.  Ask our rental staff about catering prices. If you use our kitchen but your own caterer, there is a $20.00 per hour kitchen supervision fee.

Written Contract Important: if we do not have a deposit and a contract signed by you, you do not have a confirmed reservation.
